My History

Fitness Coach Since 2017

I’ve been working in the fitness Industry since 2017 and have helped many clients reach their desired strength & body composition goals.

My mission is to help clients improve their health by guiding them to lifestyle changes and nutrition habits tailored to each bio-individual. As well as changing the current optics of how health & fitness is defined. For me, a six pack is not equal to being fit, no single diet is a perfect one and overall health can’t be defined by the aspect of your body.

For me, what makes us healthy and fit is feeling in harmony with our body and mental state, enjoying the foods that nature provides and moving our body on a daily basis. And most importantly, accepting our body as our temple by loving and caring for it.

My health & fitness journey:

I grew up in a household full of love but with a lack of knowledge about the importance of what we feed our bodies and how important daily movement is. I also grew up in a time and era where we did not yet know the huge harm that processed foods and fast food do to our health, so I grew up eating too much ultra processed foods and not enough whole foods.

By the time I was 14, I was overweight and very sick. I was diagnosed with lupus erythematosus, I couldn’t walk a block without feeling winded and as if a truck had run over me.

Desperate for change and with the help of my very wise grandma, I focused on eating only home cooked meals and working out everyday; six months later my lupus had gone on remission and I had lost the extra weight, I was a kid again.
In the process of healing I also fell in love with my new healthy lifestyle. I went to business school, but through each and every class I could only think about my next gym session, the new supplement I was trying or the healthy meal I was going to cook at home.

Hungry for knowledge I decided to ditch my career in business and become a personal trainer. So I did and what a gratifying journey it has been. I’ve transformed my body from overweight to athletic, to very lean, to a bit more muscular and finally to a body where I feel happy, healthy and with tons of energy.

And most importantly I’ve also been able to help others do the same, nothing feels better than seeing clients change their nutrition and lifestyle habits to transform their bodies and overall quality of life.

My Mission through my programs

Evolved Fit Facts is committed to help clients find solutions to their health and fitness needs by setting realistic nutrition and workout plans with lifestyle habits that honor the bio-individuality of every person.

The term, bio-individuality, was developed by Joshua Rosenthal, founder, and director of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York. Rosenthal says, “Bio-individuality means there is not a one-size-fits-all diet, each person is a unique individual with highly individualized nutritional requirements.” In bio-individuality, we recognize each individual body will differ in their nutritional needs as a result of their external and internal factors like the foods we eat, our emotional thoughts, lifestyle patterns, and our surrounding physical environment.
